How long does the build take?

Will the new roof match my house?

What warranty applies?

Five-year workmanship warranty on the whole build, transferable if you sell. Decking warranty runs 25 to 50 years depending on product line. Shingles come with their own 30-year manufacturer warranty. Aluminum railing carries limited lifetime coverage.
