My review is late, but this was on purpose to ensure everything held up well, and… it is still great! Deck Bros built our deck Aug/Sept2022. My wife and I were not in a rush, but due to a large landscaping project, we were informed that the deck should be installed very soon, so as to not delay the entire project.
Luan’s quote was in line with others that I received, but he was the only one to provide samples of materials and make suggestions, which is ultimately what we decided to go with. He and his team were able to knock out the job quickly and work around the landscaping project. I also noticed a significant issue with the new patio/deck squareness and due to the excellent squareness of the deck, the issue fell on the landscaping company and I was able to get a cost deduction from the landscapers.

I had a small job that the bigger companies did not want to bother with. I needed a railing and stairs replaced. Omar and his crew was willing to take on the job.
I just wanted to tell you that Omar’s crew was fantastic! They were polite and fast! The back stairs looked better than I could have imagined! They closed in the stairs so my dog will stop losing toys under the stairs! I didn’t ask or know you could do that ! It was a nice touch!
Omar was in contact with me all the way through the project and when he said they would be there they were there! I will definitely be in contact for more work and will pass on this information to friends and family! If you have small or large projects give them a call you won’t regret it .

What an absolute blessing Deck Bros’ company is! Truly wish we would’ve done this sooner, as 3 years have passed since we learned that we inherited rotting decks with the purchase of our home. Me and pups did not go out on the decks at all in 2023 because I was so concerned over safety. it’s their favorite thing to do…
From professionalism and friendliness, sincerity, being meticulous, pride in workmanship, very hard working & putting in long hours as well as cleaning up each day; and creating a beautiful and structurally sound deck for us, all in a very short amount of time too!
We’ve had 3 neighbors so far ask us for their info because they are so impressed too with how it turned out.
Each day, several times a day since completion, I look out and am blown away at the beauty; and that just like THAT, poof! 💨 Rotting decks gone, and replaced with a stunning deck scape now.

We purchased a house and then had a few surprises. We learned that the deck was pulling away from the house. Deck Bros stepped in and did a very professional job of explaining current code, giving us a competitive bid and then following through with the construction and cleanup.
They returned promptly when there was a small problem and took care of it admirably. We enjoyed our interaction with Deck Bros but Luan in particular. The company is well organized, courteous, prompt and does a follow-up to assure that all is well.

My cedar deck was original to the house, (28 years old). The stairs had collapsed onto the patio below and the railings were loose and unsafe for anyone to lean against. The main supports also had holes from woodpeckers.
Deck Bros did a complete replacement with the latest materials, (no more restaining – that is nice). Also building codes have changed over the last 28 years and Deck Bros rebuilt the deck to the latest codes. The new deck is super sturdy. The staff was extreamely easy and a pleasure to work with. Our deck was the original deck built on the house and 20+years old and in bad shape, along with some original hardscaping below the deck.
I did some online research and seen a lot of great things about Deck Bros. We called Luan for a quote and we were very pleased with his honesty, knowledge, and down to earth attitude. We received the detailed quote the day he visited and liked the price and services offered. We were quoted a start date at the end of March.
As I type this, the entire project has been completed, a full week before it was originally scheduled to be started. The team had great communication, was very friendly and did a great job. We will absolutely recommend Deck Bros to anyone and will continue to utilize them for years to come.

Deck Bros did an outstanding job on our deck. The management staff was excellent to work with and provided us updates on building permits, job start date, and when materials work arrive.
The crew began removing the old deck on Friday and framed the new deck on Saturday. City Inspectors certified the frame work Tuesday morning and the crew completed the deck Tuesday evening.
The Deck Bros Management Staff ensured we were completely satisfied with the work prior to final payment.

We were pleasantly surprised by Deck Bros. It is so hard to find reliable and honest companies. We talked to more than a dozen companies, very thorough in our due diligence, and hands-down, this was the best company.
Luan was spot on with his estimates and promises. We waited six months to do this review to make sure everything held up. We emailed them about a few things we noticed weren’t quite right (very minor) and they literally came out the very next day and fixed everything.
Every day people out walking comment on how great our deck looks. Integrity is everything, and Deck Bros have it!

Deck Bros is INCREDIBLE. Seriously. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Luan and his crew.
I spent months getting bids, talking to contractors and doing research. I talked to big companies, lone contractors, and everything in between. I didn’t feel like any of them were a good fit OR trustworthy until I talked to Luan with Deck Bros.
Luan came to my home and talked to me about what I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, and what time frame I wanted things done in. He brought samples, pictures of his work, and walked around my current deck with me to discuss what I wanted to see. He was honest about the difference between higher priced products and those that were a little more affordable, and made sure I had time to go to his suppliers (Builders Supply) to pick out the materials I wanted before his team got to work.
Once I picked out all the material for decking, railings, low voltage lights, under decking and gutters, we agreed on a price that I was comfortable with and was EXTREMELY competitive with the other bigger companies in town. You pay for what you get, and the price was right for the quality of work they did.
The materials came in quickly, and after my down payment his crew was here the next day. Deck Bros crew carefully removed the old deck, made sure to be kind and careful of my dogs when I let them outside, and picked up after themselves. The crew was friendly and tried to not impact my families day to day life.
The deck came together quickly, with his crew getting started promptly at 8am and staying most evenings until they were out of sunlight. We planned a monster deck; 50 feet wide and 14 feet long with low voltage lighting and under decking for water drainage. Deck Bros got the job done in 10 days, which is 2 weeks faster and 9 months sooner than the competition quoted me.
Luan was on site almost every day to make sure things were going smoothly, and kept in touch with me via text and phone when anything came up.
I honestly can’t say enough great things about Deck Bros. I took a chance on the new company, and I’m so glad we did. My deck is GORGEOUS, sturdy, and turned out exactly as I requested.
Shortly after installation, there was a small leak from a screw that went through a waterproofing membrane. Luan and his crew were out THE NEXT DAY and fixed it. No bother, no multiple requests; One phone call and the problem was taken care of.
The ONLY small issue we had was Builders Supply not picking up excess material in a timely fashion. I had to park on the street and was a victim of a hit and run. I called Luan to tell him, and Luan not only had Builders Supply out the next day to pick up materials, BUT HE PAID MY INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE.
If you aren’t using Deck Bros for your next deck, you’re using the wrong company. These guys work hard, they work quick, and the results are as close to perfect as humans can get. A++

I have been looking to get my little porch in the front of my house torn down and replaced with a bigger deck with a gate. I was looking for about a year n a half. I would have people/companies come and either not want to pull a permit, try selling me something that was way out of price range, show up n never hear from them again or not show up at all. I was very frustrated.
I came across Luan – Deck Bros. He understood my frustration and not trusting companies when it came to home construction. I like to ask a lot of questions because i want to know whats going on but also want to learn the process. This is bothersome to some companies and have been called “difficult”. Luan is very personable and always answered my questions via text and calls. He also came out more times than i can count to go through my concerns and educate me on various topics. He never made me feel like i was a bother and was always happy to go over things. He took my idea and made it happen without trying to upsell me.
We had to wait a little longer to get permit (out of his control) but that shows he wants to do the project the correct way.
The crew was respectful to me and my property. They cleaned everything up after they were finished.
I now have a beautiful deck with a gate for the pups that we can enjoy.

Luan and his crew were great from meeting for the initial estimate to the completion of the deck. Luan worked with us to develop our dream deck. He was able to get the colors we wanted and the material used was very high quality.
Everyone on the crew was extremely friendly and courteous. They were very skilled and you could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. My wife and I could not be happier with the deck. We went with grey composite deck boards and white vinyl railings that have black spindles.
During the build process we had to make a change where the steps would go on the deck. Luan was able to make the change and worked with us to pour a cement pad so we wouldn’t have to step directly into the yard. Over all we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the deck and the great work Deck Bros did. Luan and crew, thank you for all your hard work!

The crew had my 10 x 10 deck done in like 3 days during December of 2022. They did a really great job and it looks nice. The cleaned up the yard after they were finished and even put the pole I had for wind chimes and bird feeders back in the ground. Brandon kept me up to date and checked in frequently to make sure things were to my satisfaction. I can now sit out in the front of the house and enjoy some fresh air and watch the world go by instead of being cooped up inside. Can’t wait until warmer weather to really enjoy it.
